Yes, Click-Stands work with recumbents. The trick is to find the contact point that works best for yours. Typically one of the seat support members will offer a contact point. You will need to email me with some particulars and hopefully a picture of your bike. Together we will find the best spot on your recumbent to use a Click-Stand.
Bike Fridays, You gotta love these guys.
There are two places to fit a Click-Stand to most Bike Fridays. The first photo shows a lower contact where the seat stay joins the seat tube. It is stable, but probably not the better choice for those with a heavy load. On the other hand, if you aren't carrying much, this will be one very short Click-Stand when folded!

The other choice is up at the seat collar. A Click-Stand located here is very stable, and because it is well above the center of gravity would easily support loaded touring.
